I am a seasoned artist whose practice lives at the intersection of motion, illustration, design, and technology. Some know me as an illustrator or painter, others as an animator where motion itself becomes my mark and others know me for my work in designing a user experience. Alongside my fine art, I have built a long career as a commercial artist in editorial design, logos, graphic direction, UX, and branding — with clients ranging from Apple and Symantec to the Children’s Television Workshop.
A credentialed educator and engineer, I hold two California state credentials spanning the creative digital arts and certifications in data analysis and psychology. As a professor and mentor, I emphasize how motion, interactivity, and classic visual art principles and practices inform one another. I am always making, exploring, and teaching — collaboration and pushing boundaries are not side notes to my work, they are the work.
At every stage of my career — whether in fine art, commercial design, or teaching — my approach has been the same: create work that moves, communicates, and challenges people to see differently. My practice is defined by curiosity, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
